上記のFinancial Timesの記事に拠れば、Harris Associatesと言う、オリンパス社の４％の株式を取得しているアメリカのFundが、独立の監査調査機関を設立する様に、オ社に要求しているようですねえ。しかしながら、まるで、子供扱いですね。（笑）
ここまで、子ども扱いされると、さすがにナショナリズムを刺激されますが（笑）、まあ、この位、言われてもしょうがいないですねえ。。。
